Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, delivery time may exceed this time frame for certain products, depending on the product availability, the shipping destination, and the mode of transport selected (Road or Air).

  9. What is the pickup process? Why have I been asked to ship the item?
    Ans-After you have requested an exchange and it has been approved by us, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. If we cannot pick up the item from your location you can send it back to us through a third-party courier.
    You should ensure that:
    A. The product is in an unused and original condition
    B. You have included all price tags, labels, original packing, and invoice with the product
    C. You have packed the item safely to avoid damage in transit
    D. You have pasted the printed RMA slip on the package so that we can acknowledge your return

    Due to the nature of high-end products we are authorised dealers for, not all products qualify for a return. In the event of a defective unit, the unit will be replaced with an identical unit. Furthermore, if we are unable to supply a replacement unit within 30-45 days, we will issue store credit.
